I will use all the tools that I have at my disposal to get you the best product and the best price based on the market at that time. I will be the one who works with you from start to finish on all transactions. I will give you my time and expertise to help you achieve your goal of buying and selling your homes.

I believe each transaction opens a new experience for all the individuals involved. This experience brings knowledge and understanding for everyone, including myself. With every transaction I have learned and continue to learn the best ways to assist you in buying and selling a home. Looking at MY 1ST 30 YEARS IN REAL ESTATE I have learned how to help, what to do, but most importantly what questions to ask. Knowledge is key to any transaction in life. Sometimes we might think we are ready to buy or sell a home, but if no one has asked you the right questions to help you gain the proper knowledge to make that decision then how do we know? It is important to find a real estate agent who will ask you those questions, who will help you understand if you are not ready to buy or sell a home. Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you and your family will ever make, it's filled with stress and worry. As your agent I will help guide you through that stress and worry. I will ask you the right questions to gain the true knowledge of what you want, what you need and what's right for you.   • My wife Betty and I have been married since 1971
  • We have 3 children, all of which live in the area
  • We have 11 grandchildren
